Subversive Correspondence

by Chantal

I didn’t make it to the opening but here is a picture of my box at the Subversive Correspondence exhibition showing at Willesden Green in London at the moment. It is one of the first small boxes I made quite a while ago now (using fragments of love letters, poetry, and sentimental objects) but fitted in well with the theme of the show.

The show is curated by Nottingham based visual artist and curator Diana Ali, and is billed as, ” . . . national and international artists exploring the notion of connectivity, correspondence and dialogue entailing a subverisve perspective to the theme”.  It is currently on show at The Gallery at Willesden Green from now until the 2nd of September, entrance is free.
